Mr. Vinod Sanghvi seems to be a competent service provider. I have a suggestion for him to improve - Revert to the customer promptly & keep him updated on the progress or delay. Don't let them follow-up. I experienced the delay (for whatever reasons) & lack of communication. Had to follow-up. Hence 4/5. But i appreciate he took my calls and answered. I wish him success.
