Service are perfect. However, it is very expensive as initially the amount to be charged was 299 which included everything. Now additional 369 is also charged.

Good work. Checked the issue thoroughly and replaced the parts. Not sure how good the brands of the replacement parts are as they were purchased from the market by the professional. Will become clear only with time. Hope the problem doesn't recur again.

The person who attended deserves five star. Absolutely no doubt about his service, but the memberane/filers supplied for my RO water purifier was not upto my expectations. He called me before coming I gave him all the details and enquired about genuine Kent filters. He told me that it will take 2-3 days to arrange original so better you take these filters supplied by UC. I agreed, but when he reached and opened those filters, I realised that I have made a mistake. These were poor quality filters of Chinese grade. Since there was no option I got them installed. But somehow I regret now, I should have called vblue Customer Care.
