The flow of output water is very less i.e. approx. 300 ml per minute only. Service Technicians are also not customer friendly. Service Technician first said this flow is correct. But, when I insisted to adjust the same as per manual of the Kent i.e. 1 litre per minute. then, He opened the Purifier and then said the flow of the water can not be adjusted more than this. For more flow you have to replace the pipes by bigger one on chargeable basis.
